You're probably here because you sense the beckoning of the underworld; the parts that have been muted, the untapped potential, the unmet needs, the emotions that have been repressed. Somatic psychotherapy provides the space to explore all parts, paving a way to richness, expansion and depth within your own life.

How I work
Body-Mind Connection
Our body and mind are intrinsically linked, just as our experiences shape the very foundations of who we are; but it is our body that holds the story. By bringing awareness to both the narrative and the felt sense of your experience, we allow for deeper healing and transformation. I work with the understanding that your body holds intrinsic wisdom that knows the way home.
Creating a safe space
Nervous system work lies at the root. Our nervous system physiologically needs safety in order to digest and transform our experience. By working with your unique nervous system, we can nurture safety, encoding that into our bodies so that we can increase our capacity for life as we want it, no longer driven by fear.
Reconnect & Reclaim
This work is a retrieval and reclamation of what we know deep within our bones. By creating safety and connection, we can reclaim parts of ourselves that have been exiled, often by societies demands. This reclamation is such a powerful part of what it means to be whole, human and alive!
Into the Mystic
Society demands that we have an answer for everything. I love seeing how science is catching up to what we have known in our bones for thousands of years. It can help provide some grounding and stability. However, a large part of this work is leaving space for the unknown, the uncertainty, the underworld. For it is here that lies the most fertile ground for transformation.

Anger
Anger is an incredibly powerful emotion that can be challenging to express safely. Inherited beliefs often stigmatize anger, leading to repression and shame. Therapy guides you to reconnect with anger, nurturing its roots, and reclaiming it's use as your very own protective ally
Anxiety
Anxiety is a natural response to threat. However, it can become chronic if our body has never learnt real safety within. Therapy provides the containment to restore anxiety to it's natural flow.
Depression
Depression is a protective response to overwhelming situations, leading to shutdown. Therapy aims to safely reconnect with oneself, find your unique expression and use your experience to transform back towards life force vitality.
Addiction
Addiction serves as a coping mechanism to escape internal pain. Therapy provides the space to hold and soothe that pain, whilst exploring other life enhancing methods to move through discomfort and pain. When we no longer have to numb, we get the chance to experience the fullness of life.
Sexuality
Our sexuality is one of our biggest sources of power, yet it is often over-coupled with shame. Sessions allow the space to rebuild safety within our bodies, explore our own sexuality and reignite our passion, sensuality and pleasure.
Feeling numb
Feeling numb can be signifying a freeze / fawn response in our nervous system. Therapy offers support and guidance to meet you where you are, give your body what it needs in order to re-develop a sense of purpose, passion and direction for your future.
Trauma
Trauma impacts our whole being; our mind, body, relationships, sense of ourselves, others and the world. In therapy, the focus is on reclaiming a sense of safety and empowerment in life, through somatically processing the experiences, gently digesting within the body to transform the pain into our own life force vitality.
Self-Harm
Self-harm can be a way of coping with overwhelming emotions, but it often brings feelings of shame, isolation, and distress. Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore the underlying causes, develop healthier coping strategies, and work towards self-compassion and healing.
Suicide
Struggling with suicidal thoughts can feel isolating and overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Therapy offers a compassionate space to explore these feelings, understand their roots, and find hope, support, and ways to reconnect with life.
Relationships
Relationships are at the heart of our lives, but past experiences can make them feel unsafe or repeatedly painful. Therapy offers a space to explore unhealthy patterns, understand their origins, and build the foundation for healthier, more fulfilling connections in mind, body and soul
